Craig Thompson
Partner, Chief Operations Officer and Head of Risk

Craig joined Trinity Street in 2009 and has nearly 30 years of experience in the financial industry. He is responsible for overseeing internal risk controls, performance measurement and settlements, and leads the back-office team, utilizing a range of industry-standard and customized software solutions to ensure accurate and in-depth risk and performance analysis. Prior to Trinity Street, he spent 13 years at JP Morgan (Asset Management in London and Custody in Sydney) and 4 years working in public accounting in Australia.

Mark Ryan
Senior Performance Analyst

Mark joined Trinity Street in 2016. He has over 14 years of experience working in various performance and attribution roles, most recently at Northern Trust in London and prior to that, PineBridge Investments in Dublin. He is a CFA charter holder and has also completed the Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM). Mark holds a BSc in Economics and Finance from University College Dublin.

Senthan Nadarajah
Performance Analyst

Senthan joined Trinity Street in 2017. Prior to Trinity Street, he was an operations analyst at JP Morgan. Senthan holds a BSc degree in Banking and International Finance.

Thomas Edwards
Operations Analyst

Thomas joined Trinity Street in 2022. Thomas previously worked as a Finance Assistant at Haltermann Carless and Nikon. He holds a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Portsmouth.
