Sean Breslin
Head of Compliance/ General Counsel

Sean joined Trinity Street in September 2023. He is a qualified solicitor with significant legal and compliance experience over more than 25 years. After 5 years at the London law firm Norton Rose Fulbright, where he qualified and specialised in banking and finance related matters, Sean spent over 15 years at the FCA authorised and regulated Gordian Knot Limited where he was General Counsel. Sean then moved to the UK premium listed asset manager River and Mercantile Group Plc where he was General Counsel and Group Head of Compliance and was registered with the SEC as the Chief Compliance Officer for its US business. Whilst at the River and Mercantile Group Sean sat on the Risk Committee. Compliance Committees, Product Governance Committee, ESG Committee and was a member of the Senior Leadership Group.

Jenna Allenbrook
Compliance Manager

Jenna joined Trinity Street in 2017 and joined the Compliance department in early 2018. She is currently completing the CISI Level 6 Diploma in Investment Compliance. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management Studies from the University of Cape Town.
